ZOOM! ZOOM! Mazda debuts its “made-over” 2009 RX-8. In receiving subtle styling cue changes the RX-8 now boasts a more aggressive and “sportier” look. Included in the R3 package are a rear spoiler, 19-inch forged aluminum wheels, side sills, fog lamps, Recaro seats and Bilstein shocks. The 2009's will come with 1.3L RENESIS rotary engines: a 232-hp 6-speed manual transmission; 9,000 rpm redline or a 212-hp 6-speed automatic transmission; 7,500 rpm redline.
