Yesterday at rims dealer we experienced technical difficulties with our phone system. All calls were inadvertently routed to our customer service voice mail instead of our sales queue. The management at rims dealer would like to apologize for any inconvenience brought upon our customers as a result. The problem has since been resolved and orders can now be placed as usual.
