TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROAD HAZARD COVERAGE PLAN

This contract, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations as itemized on this document, is between RimsDealer.com and the original purchaser. This coverage is not transferable. This coverage is for one (1) year from the original invoice date.

It is understood that coverage afforded under this contract applies only to the services included and to any wheel that is on the above described vehicle at the time of sale. The purchaser agrees that the terms, conditions, price and limitations have been explained and are fully understood.

COVERED DETAILS:

1. This plan coverage is for one (1) claim and up to two (2) wheels only.

2. This plan coverage is not for tires of any kind. All tire warranty is given by its manufacturer if any.

3. Rims Dealer will determine if repair or replacement will happen after the inspection of damaged wheels.

4. This road hazard plan covers for damages caused due to impact only (car crashes/pot holes) where the wheel structure is 100% compromised and tires cannot retain proper air pressure. There is no coverage for any other curb related damages such as: scrapes, scratches, chips, brake dust damage, peeling or cosmetic issues of any kind. Please bear in mind that this Road Hazard Plan is designed to cover structural damages only.

5. Discontinued wheels that cannot be repaired will be reimbursed for the amount of the original purchased price of the warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY PLAN

You are only entitled to the benefits as described under "Coverage for Plan". This contract does not apply to the following:

1. There is no coverage for any other curb related damages such as: scrapes, scratches, chips, brake dust damage, peeling or cosmetic issues of any kind. Please bear in mind that this Road Hazard Plan is designed to cover structural damages only.

2. This road hazard plan is not an ?insurance? and do covers any damage caused to you or your vehicle. This road hazard plan is an extended covers wheel damages due to impact only.

3. Damage or loss due to negligence, abuse, misuse, or arising out of or related to a collision or upset, malicious mischief, vandalism, fire, chain damage, racing, theft, improper inflation pressure, or use of wheels on tires with less than 3/32 treads remaining.

4. Damage or loss due to off road use or use on a construction site is not covered under this warranty.

5. Any consequential loss or damage whatsoever, including loss, damage or injury to a person or property resulting from failure of any of the parts of the motor vehicle described herein, the replacement of which are covered under the terms of this contract.

CLAIM PROCESS

1. You MUST have an RA (Return Authorization Number) from the RimsDealer.com Customer Service Department prior to returning the wheel.

2. You MUST to ship damaged wheels to our facility at your own cost. (Do not ship wheels without a confirmed ?RA? number) Wheels without a RA number will be refused.

3. Allow 15 days for the claim process.

4. Wheels will be inspected in order to determine if coverage will be granted or denied. If granted will then determine if a repair or replacement will be provided.

5. Upon coverage approval, customer will be notified by email of the time frame of replacement or repair.

FINAL SALE: NO CANCELLATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER ORDER IS SHIPPED.
